Position Summary

The Senior Manager, International Project Management will oversee and drive growth initiative projects from strategy through execution. He/she will be the project management expert to spearhead efficient process and workflow with cross-functional partners based in London, New York and California. This individual will have the 360° view of all work to identify end-to-end processes and efficiencies to deliver on business objectives. On top of the growth initiatives, this person will manage a complex warehouse relocation project in the UK.


Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage growth initiative projects from inception to execution. Track progress and escalate issues when necessary.

· Create project timelines and interdependencies to help the team deliver each project with excellence. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the interconnected pieces of work.

· Establish schedule and meeting cadence for key initiatives with cross functional teams (sales, visual merchandising, marketing, operations and creative) to drive execution, approval process and collaboration.

· Keep the team accountable on key deadlines and deliverables.

· Manage a comprehensive project plan for the warehouse relocation, managing all aspects of stock movement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring minimal disruption to services during the transition.

· Conduct an analysis of current workload for the team. Based on the analysis, establish and apply new process(es) and associated timelines to ensure appropriate lead times to meet expected deliverables.

· Improve processes to streamline workflows, improve clarity and communication and reduce complexity.

· Take on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Foster healthy relationships with team leads across all functions.


Requirements

· Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (London, New York and California teams)

· Communicate effectively the objectives of projects and partner with internal departments such as sales, marketing, visual merchandising, regulatory and operations

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgements against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind

· Proven experience managing cross functional projects from start to finish

· Ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules/ timelines/workflow to meet project deadlines

· Complete understanding of company process to build time and action schedule from concept to project completion

· Familiarity with supply chain processes and a keen understanding of customer demand and service levels to ensure an effective balance between stock movement and maintaining high service standards during the warehouse relocation project.

· Ability to work people in various disciplines: marketing, sales, operations

· Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

· Knowledge of excel, experience in Wrike is a plus

· Strong strategy, process, and tactical skills: Big-picture thinking with a willingness to be hands-on

· Understand project goals and requirements, technical constraints, budget and schedule

· BA preferred

· 7-8 years of project management experience
