We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.


In this role, you will focus on selling pallet storage spaces and logistics services to businesses in need of streamlined inventory management and distribution solutions.


You will develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customised solutions that align with our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:


  • Identify and target potential clients needing pallet storage and logistics services.
  • Proactively reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions that address storage and service requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business.


Market Research and Strategy:


  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market dynamics to improve services.


Proposal and Contract Management:


  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.


Coordination and Reporting:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of pallet storage or logistics is a strong advantage.
