We are working with one of the UK’s top broadcasters to find a talented Senior Insight Director to join their growing research team. This role focuses on analyzing performance across the UK, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving innovation in the TV sector. As a key member of the organization, you'll lead a growing insights function and work across various teams to deliver impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Lead diverse insight projects to drive organizational performance.
- Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to develop innovative evaluation approaches.
- Drive strategic initiatives across the business.
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of 2-4 direct reports.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience working with TV or media clients.
- Expertise in campaign evaluation and effectiveness projects.
- Proven experience managing research or insights teams.
- Confidence in presenting findings to varied stakeholders.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset, ideally with experience working alongside sales teams.
- Preferably, experience agency-side in media or advertising.
