We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Head of Strategic Partnerships in our expanding global event logistics division. This role is integral to defining our strategic sales approach, establishing Air Business as a trusted partner, and promoting our global event logistics services to event organisers in the exhibition and trade show space.


Principal responsibilities


Strategic Planning:


  • Formalise and execute the business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and live events.
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to develop strategic plans for event logistics.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue growth.


Business Development & Sales:


  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits.
  • Work with existing key account managers to support them through the sales process with expert advice, pricing information, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to secure new contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Be an ambassador for Air Business, its vision and mission, and provide excellent customer experience
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s logistics services and expand professional networks.


.Key Skills/Qualification/Experience


  • Solid industry knowledge and track record of selling global events logistics services within the exhibition/trade show space – essential
  • An impressive track record of achieving / exceeding targets over several years in a similar role
  • The successful candidate should be an experienced professional with a track record of strategic sales planning and business expansion.
  • As a minimum GCSE C Level Maths & English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
