Senior Business Analyst

Role: Senior Business Analyst, 12-month FTC
Salary: up to £75,000 + benefits
Location: Leatherhead, hybrid working model
La Fosse is partnered with a Technology Consultancy that is looking for a well-established Business Analyst to lead a team of BAs delivering largely BAU support for their clients.
Alongside the day-to-day activities, the successful individual will also have the opportunity to get involved and shape the standardised offering that the team are currently creating, as well as assisting with the ongoing set up of their BA capability.
Prior line management experience is also a must-have for this role, as you'll be inheriting a team of several more junior Business Analysts. The successful individual will be responsible for mentoring and upskilling the rest of the team, as well as usual line management duties like setting and tracking objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in role
- Prior line management experience/ background leading a team of BAs
- Very good experience dealing with mid-senior level stakeholders
