Role & Responsibilities

As the In-House Property Lawyer (Head Of Conveyancing), you'll spearhead our conveyancing operations, overseeing the seamless progression of property transactions. With a focus on urgency and efficiency, you'll be instrumental in optimising our client's processes for speed and scale.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing and optimising our current conveyancing setup
  • Structuring and streamlining processes to ensure swift transactions
  • Managing end-to-end conveyancing, both internally and externally
  • Directing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders for timely progression
  • Mitigating risks and ensuring compliance at every stage
  • Leading and developing a team of solicitors and progressors


The Team

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with various teams across the company, including Marketing, Buying, Operations, Valuation, and Finance. Leading a dedicated team, you'll drive the progress of conveyancing transactions while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


About You

We're seeking a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a knack for driving results. If you have:

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • A proactive and driven approach
