We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX and web design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design, coupled with a keen understanding of user interface and experience principles, as well as proficiency in web design concepts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and highly engaging digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to conceptualize and execute UI/UX animations that enhance user interactions and overall user experience.
  • Create prototypes and interactive demos to communicate design concepts and demonstrate motion design solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and web developers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into the overall design framework.
  • Apply web design principles to ensure motion graphics are optimized for web delivery, including considerations for performance and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, UI/UX, web design, and interactive technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards for motion graphics and animations.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a focus on UI/UX and web design.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics, UI/UX design, and web design.
  • Relevant experience in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in our London office.
