Whatever your industry, we've got the gear to keep your operation running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingWebsite ContentWrite and optimise product pages, category descriptions, and buying guidesDevelop engaging content for information pages, FAQs, and blog articlesContinuously refine checkout messaging and customer account contentCreate industry-specific landing pages that speak to our diverse sectorsCustomer CommunicationsCraft every email a customer receives—from order confirmations to delivery updatesManage automated messaging across our CRM and eCommerce platformsCollaborate with our email marketing agency on campaigns and automated flows across 4 websitesSEO & AnalyticsWork directly with our external SEO agency on content strategyContribute to outreach, link building, and product guide developmentUse customer insights and analytics to inform content improvementsCustomer ExperienceManage Reviews.io messaging and review collectionEnhance our AI-powered live chat responses using customer FAQsGather testimonials and case studies to showcase real customer successWider ResponsibilitiesMaintain our LinkedIn company presence with authentic, engaging postsBuild relationships with supplier marketing teams for product insightsKeep our internal SharePoint fresh and informative for the teamWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Proven experience writing for eCommerce websitesSolid understanding of how eCommerce platforms workCurrent knowledge of SEO best practices for online retailExperience with email marketing platforms and their eCommerce integrationsHands-on experience with eCommerce CMS platformsSmart approach to using AI as a tool (not a replacement) for content creationBonus Points:B2B eCommerce marketing experienceLinkedIn content management for business accountsGoogle Analytics experience for measuring content performanceFamiliarity with Semrush or similar keyword research toolsWhy Join Us?We're a company who cares deeply about what we do and the customers we serve—whether that's a construction site manager, a facilities director, or a warehouse supervisor.
