Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Salary Range: £45k basic + up to 30% commission paid quarterly
Location: Remote with travel to customer sites and offices or access to office + travel (owning a car and having a clean/valid driver's license is essential)

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Customer Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve optimal results using their innovative e-commerce solutions. This role will be instrumental in managing customer relationships, driving growth, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to help clients enhance their ROI, identify new growth opportunities, and contribute directly to success in a fast-evolving market.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Drive Success & Growth: Meet and exceed growth, retention, and expansion targets across your client portfolio.
- Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximise the value of the products and services on offer.
- Leverage Data: Analyse customer data and usage patterns to recommend improvements that enhance performance and ROI.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Product, Sales, Marketing) to ensure customer needs are prioritised.
- Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer within the company, influencing product development and strategy.
- Onboarding & Training: Assist clients with seamless software adoption, delivering both on-site and virtual training.
- Problem-Solving: Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance customer ROI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder networks.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing customer data and tracking performance.
