ROLE: Compliance/ KYC analyst


LENGTH: Perm


LOCATION: 4 days in the office (London)


PAY: up to £30,000 per annum


The Analyst is responsible for conducting the onboarding review in line with current policy to ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are fulfilled.


Responsibilities

  • Examine customer relationships, documentation, activity patterns, and transactions to detect suspicious or atypical activity inconsistent with the client’s profile.
  • Adhere to legislative and regulatory standards while following internal processes and procedures.
  • Identify high-risk clients by recognizing red flags and other indicators of elevated risk.
  • Resolve daily issues in the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process, escalating complex challenges as needed.
  • Complete tasks with precision and within deadlines.
  • Keep colleagues, supervisors, and managers informed of task progress, and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
  • Efficiently manage caseloads throughout the entire process.
  • Perform compliance screenings and investigations, engaging with clients and counterparties as required.
  • Handle affiliate approval and registration tasks effectively.

Salary - Up to £30,000 per annum
