About the Role: As a member of our New Business Team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing our growth targets within specified segments and markets. This role is ideal for driven professionals passionate about strategic sales, relationship-building, and delivering on ambitious business objectives.



Responsibilities:



  • New Business Quota Achievement: Take ownership of delivering against the new business quota, working within assigned segments and markets. Your success will directly contribute to the company's growth and market presence.
  • Strategic Relationship Development: Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across your market, networking up to C-suite levels. Building trust and positioning our offerings as solutions to their compliance challenges will be central to your strategy.
  • Comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with and fully network across relevant stakeholders, ensuring our brand is top of mind when solutions are needed. This includes maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, concerns, and business strategies.
  • Business Strategy Planning and Execution: Craft and execute a robust new business strategy tailored to your assigned markets. This will include targeting large-scale opportunities and delivering solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Pipeline Development: Supported by a dedicated Business Development Team, drive pipeline growth with a focus on high-potential opportunities. Your ability to identify, qualify, and progress leads through the sales funnel will be essential to achieving business targets.
  • Collaborative Growth Planning with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on a targeted strategy for vertical markets, leveraging marketing initiatives and insights to engage prospects effectively.



Qualifications:



  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing new business targets of £750K+ annually. This includes an ability to drive significant revenue within a structured timeframe.
  • SaaS & Enterprise Sales Expertise: Prior experience in SaaS sales or enterprise-level sales, with a clear understanding of selling to large organizations and managing complex sales cycles. Experience in Financial Services, data, and analytics, or the AML sector is highly advantageous.
  • Data & Analytics/AML Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance needs within Financial Services, particularly AML challenges, to position solutions effectively and anticipate client needs.
  • Winning Bid & Proposal Writing: Proven ability to craft persuasive bids and proposals, with a history of success in securing high-profile deals and developing tailored solutions for target clients.
  • Exceptional Presentation Skills: Skilled at presenting complex solutions clearly and confidently, with the ability to captivate and engage an audience from various professional backgrounds, including C-suite executives.
  • Ambitious & Consultative Approach: A sales professional with an ambitious mindset and a consultative sales approach, adept at identifying opportunities and building solutions that meet client pain points.

  • Client Pain Point Identification: Skilled in uncovering client pain points and establishing a narrative that aligns solutions with client challenges, positioning the business as a strategic partner.
  • Interpersonal Skills at Senior Levels: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to interact effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite, with confidence and tact.

Must be able to travel to West Yorkshire 1-2 times a month.
