Role Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively approach potential clients, generating leads and identifying recruitment needs across various sectors. This involves cold-calling, pitching, and negotiating terms with new clients.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Candidate Sourcing and Management:

  • Candidate Search and Screening: Use job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases to source potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability, including experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interviewing and Shortlisting: Conduct more in-depth interviews, create shortlists of qualified candidates, and prepare them for client interviews.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Handle the negotiation process, from salary expectations to contract terms, facilitating a smooth transition into the role for successful candidates.

Market Knowledge and Advisory:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment best practices. Offer clients insights into market conditions, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Update CRM databases with candidate and client information, track recruitment metrics, and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities. Compliance with legal and industry regulations is also crucial.

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Persuasive and engaging, with a strong ability to sell recruitment services to clients and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and candidates, ensuring effective, clear communication throughout the hiring process.
