Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and conversions through platforms like Facebook (Meta) and Google (Performance Max for Marketplace).
  • Harness your creativity to develop eye-catching content and visuals that tell our brand's story and connect with potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team, blending creative and strategic thinking to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Bring ideas to life by managing the entire creative process, from brainstorming and ideation to execution, ensuring each ad reflects the brand’s personality and appeals to our audience.
  • Experiment and innovate with ad formats, messaging, and platforms to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital advertising.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, new advertising tools, and creative best practices to keep our campaigns fresh, bold, and effective.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, infusing our brand voice and aesthetic into every piece of content.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketplace optimization and expansion
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience in designing and managing ad campaigns that stand out on Facebook (Meta) and Google (Performance Max for Marketplace).
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data creatively to refine and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to brainstorm, collaborate, and work harmoniously with a team of creatives and strategists.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertisement, or a related creative field.
  • Passion for creativity, with a focus on engaging audiences in new and exciting ways.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and dropshipping platforms is a bonus.
