As a social worker in our Assessment Team you will manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, working with children, young people and their families. You will also be expected to use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions with families.Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will benefit from regular individual and group supervision.
