Tema’s mission is to empower investors with unexplored and innovative solutions accessing today’s most pressing and durable investment opportunities. The company raised the largest ever VC funding round in ETFs and has launched seven products over the last year, raising c. $300m in AUM. Tema is now looking to expand its marketing team to match its ambitious growth plans.


Role Description:

As a Senior Designer, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing the visual identity across all marketing channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging, innovative, and impactful designs that resonate with our audience. You’ll work on a broad range of assets across the entire marketing mix—including social media, performance marketing, website design, newsletters, and more—while proactively driving the

brand’s creative evolution.


This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can think on their feet, and loves the challenge of taking a brand to the next level. You will also occasionally work on smaller tasks such as updating presentations, bar charts, and sales material for senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Leadership: Take ownership of the visual identity and push the creative boundaries to build a distinctive, forward-thinking brand presence.

• Design Across Marketing Channels: Create compelling designs for social media,

performance marketing campaigns, newsletters, website assets, and landing pages, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.

• Performance Marketing Support: Work closely with the performance marketing team to design high-converting ads and assets that align with campaign goals.

• Creative Strategy: Proactively generate creative ideas and solutions to elevate the brand across all channels, ensuring all creative work aligns with broader marketing and business objectives.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders on smaller, high- priority tasks such as presentations, sales collateral, and data visualizations (e.g., charts and graphs).

• Autonomy and Initiative: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your workload and driving projects from concept to execution without heavy oversight.

• Brand Growth: Continuously evolve and expand the brand’s visual identity with a focus on growing brand awareness and increasing engagement across all marketing channels.

• Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to support broader campaigns and initiatives.


Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fast-paced environments like startups or agencies.

• Proven experience designing across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and performance marketing.

• Strong understanding of brand identity and experience building and evolving brands creatively.

• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.

• Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.

• Excellent typography, layout, and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs to both marketing teams and senior stakeholders
