Role Purpose

Infinigate are seeking a growth-minded proactive Data professional to join their global Master Data Management (MDM) team. The role of Junior Master Data Manager will see you collaborating closely with the MDM team to provide items, item data, pricing in ERP systems, quoting tools and webshops groupwide enabling sales teams and resellers up-to-date access to product data.


To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to be detail focused, passionate and proactive to deliver a high-quality service alongside their wider team. Ideally you will have embedded knowledge of data management or analysis. Comprehensive training will be provided on the job however, prior exposure to Navision or similar systems would be beneficial.


Please note that we are pleased to offer this role as hybrid or fully remote with access to utilise our 4 offices based in the UK.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsibility for updating items and prices in Navision, Finance & Operations, Oracle CPQ and webshops based on pricelists provided by the vendors


• Adding items provided on quotes to required systems


• Updating list prices in local currencies based on FX rate and uplift


• Harmonising item data in different countries and systems


• Onboarding new vendors in accordance with vendor management


General Skills

• High degree of responsibility and reliability

• Operating proactively and accurately

• Good experience with Microsoft Excel

Benefits

• £35,000 - £40,000 salary per annum (depending on experience level)

• 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
