Composite Laminator

6-month FTC with opportunity for long-term employment prospects

On-site in Brackley office

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an award-winning automotive organisation, who are currently looking for a Composite Laminator to join their team on a rotating shift pattern.


As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day laminating and bagging of structural composite components to required production targets.
  • Responsible for maintaining good quality of components throughout its production.
  • Identifying potential problems in manufacture of components, to minimise delays/errors in production.
  • Liaising with team leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly with the latest Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ensure SAP and time recording bookings are completed accurately.


Required experience for the role:

  • Strong technical background in composite laminating, ideally with Virtek laser, SAP experience.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and product control documentation.
