LTQR Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the LTQR process and ensuring the collation of records for major projects.
Key Deliverables
- Establish LTQR Standards: Develop and maintain LTQR standards, processes, and procedures across the programme.
- Define Requirements: Use designated Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to define LTQR requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for LTQR activities with stakeholders.
- Document Management: Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures.
- Template Creation: Create master document templates and forms as needed.
- Configuration Control: Oversee the distribution and end-to-end configuration control of documents.
- Reporting: Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
We are looking for…
Excellent document management skills and experience of EDMS and metadata schemas.
Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.
Location
This position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the office in Glasgow City Centre.
Security Requirements
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
