Account Manager (Employee Benefits)

Remote Working Opportunity

£40,000 + Company Car + Excellent Benefits (Pension, Health Benefits, and Wellbeing Scheme)

Disclaimer - We are only able to consider candidates with relevant experience gained in the UK for this position

Are you ready to join a growing, dynamic team that truly values your personal and professional development? We’re working with a fantastic owner-managed financial services business that delivers tailored employee benefits solutions to high-growth SMEs and corporate clients. This close-knit, friendly team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support Financial Advisors in the setup and management of employee benefit schemes, including pensions, group risk, and healthcare.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to grow their career in a business that genuinely cares about your development. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where independence and team support are perfectly balanced, this could be the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer workplace pension schemes and manage group risk and healthcare benefits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, HR, and payroll services through phone, email, and written communications.
  • Liaise with pension providers and insurers (e.g., Scottish Widows, Aviva, Aegon) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth scheme management.
  • Promptly and professionally handle client requests, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Assist employees with benefits queries, from adding dependents to healthcare plans to managing pension contributions and P11d calculations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in group pensions, group risk (GIP, GCIC, GLA), health and wellbeing, or employee benefits.
  • Proven background in account management within financial services or the employee benefits space.
  • A proactive, organised individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Relevant experience within the UK market is essential.

Our client offers

  • A supportive, close-knit team: You’ll work independently from home but know that the team is always there to support you at the end of the phone. The team gets together at least once a month for in-person collaboration and team bonding.
  • Career development: Our client is passionate about helping you grow and progress within the business, with genuine opportunities to develop into a Financial Advisor role or other leadership positions.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy remote working and flexible hours, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while excelling in your role.
  • Excellent benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers a company car, pension, health benefits, and access to an industry-leading employee wellbeing scheme.

If you’re an experienced Account Manager in the employee benefits arena and are ready to take the next step in your career with a business that truly cares about you, we’d love to hear from you
