About the role:

- Selling delegate packages

- Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50%

- Manage all incoming enquiries efficiently and professionally

- Sourcing new leads

- Cold calling new prospects

- Managing the full sales process through to close

- Sales related administration

- Efficient use of the CRM system and accurately inputting data

- Selling globally, into different time zones

- Attend events with the requirement to travel both across the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate:

- Ideally 2+ years' experience in B2B sales

- Delegate sales experience is preferred

- Experienced in lead generation and new business

- Consultative sales approach

- A sense of humour

- Interest and/or experience in the health and wellbeing sector would be an advantage

- Right to work in the UK.

Benefits:

- Salary £25,000 - £33,000

- Uncapped commission (5% on all delegate sales)

- Hybrid Working 2/3 days in office (expectation to be more office based whilst settling

in)

- Dedicated time off for health and wellbeing

- Flexible working hours

- Progression opportunities.
