About the Role:

Ipswich or Norwich Based

As a Marketing Business Development Manager, you will be an essential part of our Marketing Sales team, representing our product portfolio within Suffolk and Norfolk. You will manage B2B sales through a combination of phone-based engagement and direct territory management, working with both existing and potential clients. Your goal? To understand customer needs, propose tailored marketing solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing strong relationships with existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proactively source new clients through lapsed customer reports, case studies, and lead lists.
  • Tailor marketing solutions by conducting in-depth research on client businesses.
  • Expand your customer base through strategic territory and competitor management.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of both traditional and digital marketing solutions.
  • Lead innovative, multimedia-led campaigns that drive client success.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Consultants to identify opportunities for Digital Marketing Services.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously developing your expertise in digital marketing solutions.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining motivation and focus.
  • Contribute to regional strategy by supporting Sales Managers and Directors in digital revenue growth.
