Docusign SME - 12 month contract - Glasgow - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
I am looking for a Docusign Subject Matter Expert (SME) to fill the role of Customer Support Architect with my global client based from their Glasgow offices. This key position will support the global Docusign adoption by providing expert-level support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Docusign inquiries and support requests.
- Oversee new account setups and configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to existing accounts, entitlements, envelopes, and integrations.
- Configure and manage users, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security settings, and approval processes.
- Ensure smooth integration with other applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams across different regions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Docusign development or operational support.
- A proven background working as a Software Developer/Engineer or Application/Platform Developer.
- Proficient in configuration tasks: users, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security, approval processes, and email templates.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and alternative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills; ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud technologies would be desirable.
