Our client and its commercial team are looking for a 2/3PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding firm.


You will work on a large range of clients nationally advising on:

  • Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions
  • Share and asset based transactions
  • Internal restructuring, investments and share issues
  • Corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients
  • Help meet fee-earning income targets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations


You must be a team player with a hunger to succeed and drive the commercial department forwards via client scale up, networking and business development.


The person

  • 2/3 years PQE
  • Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you
  • Ready to hit the ground running
  • Flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude
