An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional, Legal 500 firm based in Surrey.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of commercial property transactions, land development, and conveyancing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 firm and lead a high-performing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a caseload of complex commercial property transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and market changes.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+PQE
  • Experience working on all aspects of Commercial Property.
  • Strong communication skills.
