I have partnered with a leading European bank looking to add a VP to their real estate finance team in their London office. My client is looking for an individual with experience carrying out end to end execution and portfolio management experience in commercial real estate.


  • Responsible for the origination and execution of CRE finance transactions in EMEA
  • Both sponsor led and corporates
  • They will be the lead real estate bookrunner with other banks – mainly arranging but with some advisory
  • 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance covering CRE for a leading Investment Bank or a well regarded Real Estate Debt Fund
  • European languages are a bonus but not essential
