Are you an experienced Sales Administrator passionate about managing customer relationships and supporting sales strategies? If you have a knack for CRM systems and thrive on being the liaison between customer needs and company offerings, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


As a Sales Administrator, you will play crucial role in supporting the sales and delivery of a market strategy. You will be supporting CEO, Chief of Staff and small commercial teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for candidate who can bring a mix of administrative excellence, sales support experience, and strategic insight into the role.


  • Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, assist CEO and Chief of Staff to deliver sales, partnerships and market strategy
  • Taking ownership of CRM system, managing customer data, sales pipelines, and generate reports to enhance sales processes and strategic decision making
  • Maintaining clients records, actively managing and coordinating with Senior Leadership to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and existing customers.
  • Working closely with Marketing team to ensure sales materials are updated, relevant, and align with the market strategy
  • Assisting in organising sales events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities.


Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in sales administration roles.
  • A strong background in CRM system management and customer relationship handling.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. You should be able to manage multiple priorities with ease and be able to drive initiatives forward.
  • An interest or understanding of marketing principles and experience working closely with marketing teams to support sales objectives
  • Experience in managing projects or initiatives within sales or marketing teams.
