St James's Place is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Financial Adviser to join our Partnership. As a Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate their financial journeys by providing expert guidance, customised financial solutions, and unparalleled client service. The role: Financial Adviser / Partner



Location: London and home counties



We are looking for individuals with:

They will provide valuable and timely advice, helping their clients to determine their goals and make the right decisions in areas such as:



Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

Investment Management: Manage client portfolios, make informed investment decisions, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Retirement Planning: Assist clients in planning for retirement by analysing savings, pensions, and other retirement income sources.

Estate Planning: Collaborate with clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and asset protection.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations for risk management through insurance and other strategies.

Client Education: Educate clients on financial concepts, investment options, and market trends to empower them to make informed decisions.

Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations and compliance standards while conducting financial transactions and providing advice.



As a minimum, holding the Level 4 Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or working towards the professional qualification being the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
