A highly sought after architecture & design studio is seeking a skilled and ambitious Lead/Associate Interior Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take the reins on high-end residential and boutique hotel projects across Europe and the US.


The role involves leading a variety of prestigious projects, providing creative direction, fully developing designs, and overseeing the team through to successful completion. Key responsibilities include resource management, task allocation during weekly workload meetings, and ensuring the team has a clear understanding of client briefs, project contexts, and architectural details. The successful candidate will design and cost FF&E projects, review design intent packages, and create project schedules aligned with payment timelines. Additional duties include balancing team workloads, mentoring team members to uphold high design standards, and identifying exemplary project details to establish company benchmarks.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and technical expertise, with 8+ years of professional experience in interior design. A strong track record in managing large-scale, high-end projects is essential, along with excellent client-facing and presentation skills. Expertise in FF&E design, technical detailing, and mentoring junior designers is required, as are strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for design innovation. The ability to thrive under pressure with a positive and adaptable attitude is crucial.
