As our Regional Director UK, you will:Develop and execute a clear vision for growth by brand and channel, aligning plans with distributors and key stakeholdersDeliver a 3–5 year growth strategy for key brands and categoriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, driving high performance and mutual business growthLead distributor negotiations, set sales targets, and optimise performance through strategic initiativesAnalyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and campaignsAct as the main point of contact between the company and UK distributors, ensuring effective communication and coordinationWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in sales management, with a track record of managing and growing distributor networksDemonstrable success in building business through third-party distributorsExperience in premium and luxury spirits (ideal)Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilitiesHighly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhy International Beverage?Competitive salary and benefits (35 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance, product allowance, staff discount, car allowance)Flexible working and early finish FridaysEmployee Assistance Program, free parking, cycle-to-work scheme, well-being initiativesReal Living Wage employerOpportunities to travel, attend exclusive events, and become a brand ambassadorCommitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect
