We're currently seeking an experienced individual to come on board in London on a staff basis as a Project Planner. This role will be responsible for developing our project schedules alongside monitoring and controlling project timelines & expediting with various teams for project deliverables.


Please note no sponsorship is available for this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Development of Project master schedule in coordination with different disciplines/departments
  • Creation of Baseline, resource allocation and S-Curve generation for project
  • Monitoring of Sub Contractor schedules and integrating with alfanar timeline
  • Periodical Resource estimations for Project & report generation for Plan Vs Actual available resources
  • Preparing Recovery/ Crash plans
  • Studying targets versus actual performance rates
  • Monitoring the progress on site against the approved time schedule
  • Coordinating Weekly/Biweekly Plan Vs Actual progress review meeting
  • Conduct Fortnight/ Monthly project review meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Review weekly and monthly reports from sub-contractor. Integration of same with master plan and prepare an overall analysis.
  • Area of concern of critical bottlenecks and their mitigation plan
  • Risk Evaluation and Reporting


Who we're seeking:

  • 8+ years experience in Project Planning
  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant area
  • Experience working on large industrial facility projects, ideally in the UK
  • Strong experience of Primavera and MS Projects
  • Experienced with dashboards & Power BI
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical & communication skills
  • A self-starter who looks for opportunities to add value
