Finance Manager | VC backed SaaS Scale-Up | London/HybridThe Business:Harmonic is excited to be working with a high-growth SaaS scale-up in search of a Finance Manager to support their finance function in London.Backed by industry-leading investors that have invested in some of the most disruptive technology companies in recent years, this is a high-impact role that is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The business is led by a highly driven and experienced leadership team with experience building successful start-ups and driving them through exponential growth.Following a period of strong financial performance, they are searching for a hands-on Finance Manager that is driven, creative and capable of developing the finance function alongside a experienced Finance Director. You’ll be a key contributor to the daily finance function while being responsible for building and maintaining financial processes. There is also an opportunity to step into a team leading role in the future.The Role:Own the monthly management accounts process.Lead the annual audit and communicate with external auditors. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong internal controls to ensure integrity and financial data accuracy.Support the Finance Director on forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.Build out and improve daily financial processes.Develop metrics to support decision making (CAC, LTV, etc.).Use accounting software (Xero) and other financial processes to streamline and improve processes.Essential:Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent.Trained in practice (ideally Big 4 or Top 10).2 or more years post-qualification experience in industryExperience with audit functions.Experience building out finance functions/processes.Non-Essential:Experience in a start-up/SME in Fintech/SaaS/Tech company.Understanding of metrics such as LTV, CAC, etc.Location: Central London (Hybrid)Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + share optionsAt Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
