Our Associate Director, Ethan Cortese is looking for an Associate Consultant to join his team based in our Redhill, Surrey office. No prior experience is necessary, all we look for are individuals that are prepared to put in the hard work, have an interest in recruitment, thrive in a target driven environment, and mirror our company values.


As an Associate Consultant, you will benefit from in-depth training with our Directors, internal market specialists and our external sales training partner ensuring you are armed with all the skills and tools necessary to become a part of our next, leading consultants in the business.


Key responsibilities:


  • Source high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your specialism within Life Sciences.
  • Establishing candidate suitability for current and future vacancies.
  • Generate a niche candidate pool and in the future, a strong client base.
  • Develop new business through proactive networking and consistent relationship building.
  • Write advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Running an independent desk.
