Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team at a leading mid-market investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected senior investment banking professional and be involved in originating, executing, and managing mid-market infrastructure and renewable projects.


Responsibilities

  • Produce company valuations, financial modeling, and prepare materials for client and internal presentations
  • Attend client meetings and presentations, prepare financial requests, and collaborate with third-party advisors
  • Analyze investment opportunities by market, segment, or sector
  • Prepare statistical analysis of fund performance
  • Work as a team to achieve required results


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A or Project Finance, or from a modeling team
  • Outstanding M&A skills developed in either a product or sector team
  • Proven deal execution experience with excellent client presentation skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financial modeling abilities
  • Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding initiatives
  • Flexibility and strong teamwork skills


Day-to-day

  • As a Senior Analyst, you will be at the heart of the transaction, working directly on deals rather than briefing someone else. You will be involved in producing valuations, financial modeling, and attending client meetings and presentations.
