We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Assistant to join our start-up. You’ll be working in our production unit in a lovely village near Hemel Hempstead helping us create our award-winning Flavour Bombs.What you’ll be doing:Following recipes with precision to produce Flavour BombsPackaging and labelling finished products, ready for saleMaintaining accurate batch records, including batch codes and production datesFollowing HACCP procedures and strict cross-contamination controlsTaking deliveries, replenishing stock, and completing stock checksOccasionally packing orders and taking them to the courier shopEnsuring all work meets SALSA food manufacturing and food safety standards (training provided)What we’re looking for:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar food manufacturing or production roleHigh attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyOrganised, adaptable, and quick to learnStrong understanding of health and safety in a food environmentFood Hygiene Level 2 certificate (desired but not essential)Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential – our site is not accessible by public transport)What you’ll love:Working for an award-winning, family-run food business that’s revolutionising home cookingA friendly working environment in a lovely locationHands-on training and development opportunitiesBeing part of a growing company where your contribution really makes a differenceAbout Flavour BombsFlavour Bombs is a fast-growing, award-winning food brand on a mission to revolutionise home cooking.
