Essential skills and experience:

  • Understands Incident Management.
  • Previous monitoring experience.
  • Interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and drive to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Maintaining customer focus.
  • Ideally have experience using ServiceNow.
  • Shift working (some out of hours & weekend work is required).
