Solutions Architect – 12-month contract - £400 - £450 p/day PAYE – Remote


An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the world’s largest social media brands, to join a diverse team of exceptional thinkers as a Solutions Architect.


The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of technology, product, and business, driving customer success and the adoption of cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with customers, partners, and sales teams, you will deliver technical engagements that foster growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance product experiences.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your deep technical expertise to understand products, architecture, and integration components, becoming a trusted Subject Matter Expert
  • Collaborate with customers and channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value of solutions through pre-sales technical engagements
  • Guide customer and partner implementations, solving technical challenges, and helping to build scalable, efficient solutions
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients, driving growth, adoption, and engagement with product ecosystems
  • Develop documentation, best practices, and enablement materials for internal teams, partners, and clients
  • Provide critical customer feedback to business, product, and engineering teams to improve product performance and experience


Essential skills and experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
  • Experience communicating to technical and business audiences
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas such as device and mobile management
  • Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including user management, authentication, MDM, SSO and SCIM solutions
  • Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs)


Desirable:

  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Experience with AR/VR devices and solutions


Package:

  • 12-month contract
  • £400 - £450 p/day inside IR35
  • Hybrid (3 days onsite in London)
