You’ll help shape and deliver data-driven pricing strategies across personal and commercial lines, supporting a wider transformation in pricing capability and technology.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll drive pricing optimisation and model improvements, run elasticity analysis and deliver performance-enhancing tests and scenarios. Working closely with data, underwriting, and product teams, you’ll turn analytical insights into actionable pricing decisions. Expect hands-on work with Radar, Emblem, SAS, Python or R to push the boundaries of pricing sophistication.What You’ll NeedYou’ll bring a strong track record in insurance pricing and optimisation, ideally across both personal and commercial lines. Confidence with optimisation tool, Radar Optimiser, is key, alongside solid technical ability in SAS, Python, R, or SQL.
