Job Description: As an experienced and motivated Development Manager you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of residential new build projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional residential communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development process from concept to completion for residential new build projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and other key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
