Scope of the role…..


The Junior Booker is responsible for the overall management of existing and new models and clients and for provision of administration support.



Responsibilities…..


· Create outstanding working relationships with existing major clients


· Find and develop excellent working relationships with new and dormant clients


· Create outstanding working relationships with key models


· Manage the careers of a handful of special key models. This includes (but is not limited to): managing their diaries, chasing outstanding portfolio images, working with the graphics department in the upkeep of their webpage/portfolio, ensuring we have up-to-date polaroid’s and casting videos


· Book to agreed targets


· As part of the bookings team; help identify, develop and carry out marketing programs for clients and models


· Manage visa applications, recharges of model costs and some portfolio management

· Must be self-motivated and a great team member


· Able to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously


· Good eye for models or an understanding of fashion & media


· Able to demonstrate administrative capabilities


· Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic and intelligent


· Professional phone manner


· Good time keeper


· Able to work accurately and thoughtfully under pressure
