Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Contract Steering Coordinator to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.


Location: Oxford

Assignment type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays

Working environment: Office based

Hours per week: 37 (Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30 Friday 7:30 -13:00)

Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate

The responsibility of the Contract Steering Coordinator is to gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processes

  • develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contract
  • implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks
  • collate, organise and measure and report the project status
  • communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • customer requirements into proposed actions
  • end to end processes to ensure stable working operations
  • and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teams
  • of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations

What you’ll need to succeed –

  • to degree level or equivalent in Business Management.
  • communication skills, in English and German
  • of contract management
  • to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflicts
  • accurate in numeracy
  • in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI
  • the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome
