Agile Training Lead

Large financial services end customer requires an Agile Coach / Training Lead to head up the training roll-out of the Agile playbook across delivery and business transformation, in tandem with a large scale Microsoft Azure and security implementation.


This person will work across upskilling the organisations internal teams, via Agile methodology and ways of working, as well as delivering training and ongoing coaching for business users right up to c-level. You will embed agile ways of working in tandem with the CIO and CTO, and be responsible for overall documentation and delivery of how Agile working methods are implemented into the organisation.


As a senior coach and trainer, the Agile playbook operating model and how teams are structured around this will be the gold standard you look to roll-out into the organisation, as a principle trainer and SME in this field. This will encompass training development and planning, delivery of training and identifying key areas within the business that require further upskilling on Agile methodology and ways of working.


The Agile training lead / coach must be comfortable liaising and engaging with senior business stakeholders, and strategic level business users as this is an advisory role that will ultimately dictate their transition to Agile methodology within a complex transformation programme.


Financial services experience, and a proven track record of working in tier one consultancy environments on large transformation programmes are essential for this person.


This will be a 6 months contract based onsite 2 days per week as this is a client expectation.
