As a Data Steward, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the integrity of our key processes. Acting as a vital link between the business, operations, and other central functions within Miller, you will ensure that effective quality assurance processes are in place for our business-critical data.


In this dynamic role, you will oversee Miller’s customer and risk data, ensuring its quality, consistency, and accuracy. You will be responsible for enforcing data governance policies, monitoring data usage, and ensuring compliance.


You will be becoming a part of our Business Operations team, where we assist the business through various means such as management information, training, compliance, and more.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of data quality principles and standards.

• Proficient in process improvement techniques.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

• Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable).


Experience

• Prior experience in data management, quality assurance, and governance roles is highly beneficial.
