Main purpose of the role:

  • London Payroll input;
  • Responding to adhoc queries;
  • Prepare monthly/adhoc reports as requested;
  • Provide general support to Payroll Department


Key responsibilities:

  • Payroll: - responsible for a couple of own entities
  • Collate payroll input throughout month
  • Input all UK payroll data working with Payroll Administrator
  • Prepare BACS files for processing
  • Treasury funding
  • Prepare and maintain tax & NI and Court Orders


Accounting:

  • Prepare and process manual payments when required
  • Costing Reports


General:

  • Complete individual objectives
  • Post & general filing
  • Season Ticket Admin
  • Medical insurance invoice management


Skills / experience required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to organise and plan personal workload
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Business and commercial awareness

  • Excel
