Job Summary:


We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to join Team Affinity as our new Mobilisation Manager.


As mobilisation manager you will ensure the successful transition of newly awarded contracts into operational delivery. You’ll work alongside the bid team throughout the tender and mobilisation phases, ensuring a seamless implementation and handover of the project to the operations team.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilisation of contracts, building and maintaining great relationships with the client, and delivering all actions and handovers to the operations team.

This role has an international remit and mobility is critical, with a flexible approach to travel to client sites as per business demands.


Duties:


  • To review and understand the contractual obligations for technical service delivery.
  • To lead the implementation of the mobilisation plan in line with the requirements of the contract scope and agreed processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure all mobilisation actions are completed in the agreed timeframes.
  • To prepare regular internal status reports identifying current contract status, potential risks, and opportunities.
  • To ensure all contractual and corporate obligations are briefed effectively to the operational team.
  • To be a liaison between the client, account management and operations ensuring consistency and standardisation of working processes.
  • Prepare and manage mobilisation plans to ensure the successful transition to the contract delivery teams.
  • Conduct TUPE consultations, supporting both the HR and operations teams in assessing the competency of transferring staff (or staff to be recruited) in line with contractual requirements.
  • Responsibility for management of the mobilisation budget, ensuring each mobilisation is successfully delivered within the budget constraints.
  • Co-ordinate the relevant business support departments at all stages throughout the process.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all actions are achieved within agreed budgets and timeframes.


Qualifications:


  • Recognised Change Management/Project Management qualification.
  • Ability to acquire UK security clearance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
