Our market leading end user client are looking for a Senior Developer to join their team and work as a leading member in the cross functional teams to design, build and implement software solutions at enterprise scale. The Senior Developer will have strong knowledge and experience of the SDLC and has had experience in developing large scale applications. The global organisation is embarking on a digital transformation programme so the successful person will be highly adaptable and resilient to upcoming change.


The role is a full-time permanent position and working on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Design and build software applications and integrations.
  • Active participation in change management initiatives
  • Assist in the provision of Tier 3 technical troubleshooting.
  • Operate as a technical lead driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience with the full development lifecycle i.e., requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
  • Effectively communicate with Product Owners and other key stakeholders
  • Structure and deliver work results against defined standards.
  • Perform advanced support and troubleshooting.
  • Preparation of documentation and training manuals
  • Work closely with the business, product owners, and colleagues, building strong working relationships with key business users.
  • Work with product owners and the agile team to ensure requirements for stories are well-understood and feasible.
