Premier Sports have partnered with a football talent representation agency that are looking for a Content Manager to manage the content for their roster of football athletes.


The Company:

  • Creative talent representation agency based in North Watford who work with football athletes, clubs, brands and more, to manage their personal ‘off-pitch’ brands across socials
  • Represent over 400 professional athletes
  • Works across branding, marketing, social media, merchandise, digital, content creation and more
  • Running for over 15 years, but has a small, fast-paced start-up environment


The Role:

  • Ideate, pitch and execute a bespoke content strategy that benefits the company, as well as its clients and key stakeholders
  • Work with Head of Social to elevate the consistent look and feel across all managed digital channels
  • Work with Head of Social across multiple individual client & athlete social media accounts to better our content offering
  • Provide proficient photography and videography services for company, clients, and brand-related content material. This also includes live-match photography and videography
  • Keep company channels fresh and populated, in line with the Social Media strategy
  • Pitch to, and work with brands to develop and deliver sports orientated-commercial content
  • Keep ahead of trends and be the designated ‘content’ expert within the company
  • Work with other heads of departments to assist with brand partner acquisitions and client recruitment
  • Regularly and pro-actively develop and refresh internal company marketing content such as pitch videos and company overviews


Requirements:

  • 3-5yrs experience within sports (preferably football)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
  • Ability to direct and manage a comprehensive freelancer database
  • Advanced knowledge of professional camera equipment is a MUST
  • Ability to travel and work weekends is a MUST
  • Experience working with talent is a MUST
