Head of Info Security Engineering - Digital Assets Trading-as-a-Service – Comp in excess of £150k


Company

  • Highly profitable start up in the digital assets space building a PaaS for digital asset trading from the ground up.
  • They provide HFs/AMs/High net worth individuals/Capital investors with the crucial technology to enable them to trade all types of digital assets – digital tokens, NFTs, smart contracts etc.
  • Already have a strong client portfolio with some of the most prestigious global finance and crypto companies onboard.


Role

  • Hands on engineering with a focus on Python APIs, DevOps and IAM.
  • Own and be the point of knowledge for infra security engineering, facing off to client CISOs alongside the CTO and CEO.
  • Running a 100+ server estate including on AWS.


Skill Requirements

  • Expert Information Security experience in a highly data-sensitive environment with a focus on automation.
  • Experience managing a large server estate.
  • Infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or similar.
  • Understanding of encryption and DevOps/infra security in general.
  • Experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels including CTO/CIO level.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • Development experience with programming languages.
  • SQL database or relational database skills.
