Global E&C have a requirement for a Site based Administrator/Timekeeper to join the team.


Working on a site in Shetland, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Establishing a good working relationship with managers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure the efficient performance of assigned tasks.
  • Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with the Start-up of the project as assigned by the relevant Project Managers and/or Support Team.
  • Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with the steady state delivery of the project by the relevant construction supervision and construction coordinator whilst at site.
  • Data entry into IGRIS system.
  • Data entry into the Tempest system (typewriting).
  • Review of data in the SOLAB system (mobilisation tracking).
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and undertaking specific tasks/projects for the Engineering and Survey teams as required.
  • Where applicable/required cover for reception and for relevant Business Units in administrative capacity.
  • Any other general duties that you may be requested to complete.


To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience in a site-based role.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
