MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder will be in charge to:

 supervise and coordinate the 3D Model engineering related activities performed by the Contractor

 assist the discipline Lead engineer in his/her activities;

 provide support and technical expertise and contribution with regards to his/her discipline, with particular focus on 3D model

and piping stress/support studies

 Provide support to challenge the Contractor in the standardization and gap analysis exercise. Promote alternative design to

optimize cost, footprint, work and schedule;

 Interface with HQ 3D Model SME to ensure the good quality of the 3D Model

 timely review and comment engineering documents and consolidate comments related to Piping, Pressure Vessels and 3D

model deliverables; liaise with other engineering specialist(s), and entity (Operations,…) as required;

 ensure that the engineering activities related to the Piping , Pressure Vessels & 3D model matters are performed in

compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PNGS calling Australian/new Zealand standards apply), Contextualized

GS, with required level of quality, high HSE Standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, and within

the agreed time schedule and cost;

 supervise the 3D model activities, participating and organizing the required Company team participation (Operations,

Maintenance, Safety, Construction) to the 3D model reviews and ensuring proper implementation of the findings; involve in

the Digital Twin set-up process

 while supervising the activities related to 3D model, ensure Plant constructability, operability, maintainability and flexibility

that implies management and leadership towards other specialties and Project entities;

 liaise with the Project Data Manager to ensure proper digitalization of the technical data of the Project;

 support preparation and participate in Project Reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in

his/her discipline;

 assist the discipline Lead engineer to prepare the derogation requests to GS EP PVV , to respond to engineering

clarifications, request for deviations and technical issues with regards to Piping, Pressure Vessels & 3D model discipline by

a proactive and proficient approach

 perform studies leading to technical decision making and propose recommendation to the discipline Lead engineer

 Participate to the preparation of the documents for purchase, the bid evaluation and inspection

 Ensure adequate and timely reporting, highlighting critical issues to the discipline Lead engineer, proposing remedial actions


ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Supervise the Piping, Pressure Vessels and 3D model engineering related activities performed by EPSCCs Contractor

(mainly for the CPF-Wellpads Package and Pipelines Packages) with focus on the successful and timely project execution

 Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the discipline Lead engineer, highlighting critical issues and proposing remedial

actions.

 The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and

for ensuring that HSSE requirements are duly implemented within his area of responsibility

 adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to

promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.


CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The Papua LNG Project.

Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising:

 Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines

 Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field

 Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline

 Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Professional Experience (years): 15+ years in Oil and Gas projects

- Experience in similar position (years): 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities

- Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent

- Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus

- Technical Knowledge : familiar with 3D CAD modelling softwares and tools (ex PDMs, Naviworks
