As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their UK team with the appointment of a Product Specialist.
Role Overview
The Product Specialist will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the South West territory within the aesthetic clinic sector. This field-based role will focus on building strategic customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
You can be located anywhere in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead generation, sales activities, and customer account support to drive consistent revenue growth
- Deliver impactful product presentations and technical sales discussions to healthcare professionals
- Execute sales, marketing, and medical education strategies in alignment with business goals
- Plan and manage a structured territory plan using customer segmentation and diary management tools
- Coordinate and host training programmes and education journeys with support from Key Opinion Leaders
- Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge
- Use CRM systems to manage prospect pipelines, sales data, and training activity records
- Adhere to KPIs and performance targets in line with personal development and company strategy
Candidate Profile
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within aesthetic medicine, beauty, or a related healthcare sector
- Previous experience in field-based territory management or face-to-face sales
- Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to communicate confidently with clinical professionals
- Understanding of market dynamics within the medical aesthetics industry
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a willingness to travel and work autonomously
- Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in a competitive sales environment
- CRM proficiency and disciplined approach to planning and reporting
